Classroom Safety Starts With Teachers Refusing To Allow Unsafe Behaviors

Sadly, I am sure that many of you can remember incidents where violent students have disrupted the learning of your class, or even harmed students and/or staff - and those students have been allowed to remain in the classroom to do this again and again.
